Katie Puckrik smells L’Agent by Agent Provocateur. This is a rich, leathery oriental fragrance on the sweet side that is marketed to women, but would also work for men. Other perfumes mentioned: Dior Hypnotic Poison, Amouage Memoir Woman, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle.

That’s good. The plus from ordering through an Amazon supplier is that they will do refunds if you’re not happy.
Any recommendations for someone who can’t get enough of the smell of sweet lemons?
@KatiePuckrikSmells that sounds amazing…I’d rather be voluptuous and sensual than skanky anyway 😉 LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR VIDS and that you always get back to answer questions!!
OK, you talked me into it.. i hope i LOVE it! I love spicy and CoCo Mademoiselle.. and umm did i hear you say ChoCoLate…and…leather? I had to back this video up and hear this again /faint!
@anamariabrown6 Compared to K10, Tabac Blond and Cuir Maruresque, you’ll find L’Agent practically a gourmand. But you’ll appreciate it.
I really wanted to like this one but this smells vile on me : (
I would love to know how this compares to the original ap for you?
Katie, If you haven’t discovered it already, there’s a great new BBC documentary about perfumes and the people who make them. Episode 1 introduces us to Jean Paul Guerlain and some history of bottled fragrances, while in episode 2 we meet Jean-Claude Ellena in his home workshop and the secret garden atop Hermes headquarters in Paris. ‘Fume heads can search YouTube using the words “BBC Perfume”. Enjoy!
The whole “eau” idea is to offer a lighter version of big sister, so you probably can’t expect more dimensions than 2.
the sound of this perfume makes me want to jump into a hot BMW and eat chocolate dipped apricots. hmmmmm……. ; )
i’ve recently discovered your reviews and have spent the last hour or so watching them! Any recommendations for a person who loves violets?
@iamcasihart Sometimes I see AP in Sephora, but not recently. There is an AP store in LA where they have the whole range of perfumes, and you can look on their website to see where the other boutiques are. Go ahead and call one and see if they’ll send you a free sample. I got my free sample when I went into the shop, but who knows, maybe they’ll be nice and send you one…
Love it!! I can’t describe as well as you but when I wear it It smells like the best campfire in the woodsy mountains ever. Or at least an upscale lodge with a fireplace. Any scent that takes me away from every day life to something so wonderful deserves at least a 9/10 in my book. It does remind me a lot of Coco Mademoiselle and also Shalimar but not citrus y. Must be the just the base notes and incense =)
You’ll love it. It fits right in the pocket of all the other ones you’ve named, except for Coach Poppy.
rose……….!!! i love rose you got me interested
i want to smell this
may I say they way you describe the perfume is very interesting such as “edible leather”
Sounds amazing! Can’t wait to sample it!!!
Just received my bottle from perfume dot com. I hope I got the real thing. Not sure.
@KatiePuckrikSmells It is the candle cyprus rose (sorry for the incorrect spelling). I think it has black pepper, ylang ylang, rose, white flowers, musk and amber in it. I don’t know if it would be more of a woodsy or floral rose, but I haven’t come across a fragrance like this since.
@beautynscience2010 Is it the candle called “Cyprus Rose”? That’s the only mention I could find. Sounds like it could be a blend of different components – is it a woodsy rose?
@A7laQ6ri I have to get around to shooting it, first!
@KatiePuckrikSmells Thanks so much for the advice, Katie! Really, I appreciate it. p.s. I totally forgot to tell you that this review nearly has me salivating! haha…It sounds divine! I always look forward to your reviews.
‘Argent Profuckaturd’s’ product’s are infamously cheap-shit marked high for the lipstick lesbian crowd (who hate men) and the old slappers – especially their filthy underwear – women have told me this. Now the jew-boy (Maclaren’s estranged son) behind it is affecting to be an Eco-Warrior. LOL!!!!!!!
@LuvCatz905 Try Narciso Rodrigo For Her, either the edt (black bottle) or edp (pink bottle).
I couldn’t wait to try this perfume and boy was I shocked at the aweful smell!!! This perfumes stinks soooooo bad! Hmm.. I will take your reviews with a grain of salt from now on. 🙁
We need to be careful on amazon dot com.
I experienced a bait and switch there recently with a different fragrance. I ordered a EDP and was sent EDT which smelled like nothing when I opened the bottle. I tried it several times on my pulse points and there wasn’t any fragrance at all. Watered down.
Tell me more, LM. What did you buy? What is the tip-off that it isn’t genuine?
Completely different perfume. Same brand, is all.
I did a quick “drive-by” sniff of those – need to focus a bit more on my next pass. But if Eau Provocateur does it for you, why doncha just buy that one? Or are you looking for more of the same yumminess?
When I smell this one I get slapped in the face with a bottle of jack daniels. The whiskey note calms down after a bit thank goodness, I do love this one. Reminds me a bit of dior addict.
The bottle wasn’t the right shade of pink, it was scratched, and didn’t have the darker color towards the bottom of the bottle.
The outer box was all black. The fragrance was off too.
@DreamyDanika L’Agent will fit your persona 100%!
